In Argentina, most adopted animals reach their new home with no health record: no vaccines, no deworming dates, no prior conditions. What exists lives in folders, spreadsheets or chats, and gets lost between rescue, foster care, adoption and the vet.

The adopter walks into the first visit with nothing, and the vet spends the first 10 to 15 minutes rebuilding a history nobody has.

• Research: 12+ interviews, with 4 rescue groups, 3 vets and 5 adopters.
• Finding: WhatsApp is already the channel between rescue groups and adopters, and adoption day is the moment of highest trust. Today it goes to waste.
• Decision: start with rescue groups. Nobody goes looking for a pet health app, but if the group hands one over at adoption, it arrives on its own.
• Decision: nothing to install. The record travels as a link, over WhatsApp. Free for rescue groups and adopters.
• Principles: the record is a gift from the group, not paperwork; visibility, not control; every entry says where it came from.

An MVP for rescue groups: animal intake, health records, medication, foster care and adoptions, and the record shareable as a link. For vets, a waiting list. The project is paused.
